this is mig's favorite pasta dish, so i just had to try to make it.
the recipe called for adding an egg into the mixture. strange.
i think it would've tasted better without the egg.
there are top three carbonaras for mig:
1. cibo
2. italianni's
3. frabella/ mine
hmmm! third and last place! at least mig's honest! hehe! 8)
